Fish and Reptile Policy

The Fish Lodge 48 hour fish policy

At “the fish lodge” we will exchange or replace any fish that the customer is unhappy with within 48 hours of purchase on a like for like basis only. A sample of water must be provided for us to test, if your water is found to be of poor quality and detrimental to the health of the fish purchased then the 48 hour policy will become null and void.
“The fish lodge” will not replace or exchange any fish after the 48 hour policy expires whatsoever.
“The fish lodge “will not sell any fish to anybody under the age of 16.
The management

The Fish Lodge reptile policy.

At “the fish lodge” we will replace any reptile that the customer is not happy with within 7 days of purchase on a like for like basis. If we believe that you have mistreated or kept the reptile in improper conditions then the 7 day policy will become null and void.
After 7 days of purchase” the fish lodge “will not replace exchange or refund, take no responsibility or blame for your reptile whatsoever.
“The fish lodge” will only advise customers on their reptiles and can not be held accountable for any advice given whatsoever. You the customer are responsible for the welfare and health of your reptile and should seek vetinary advice as soon as any problems arise.
Please make sure you are well prepared to look after the wellbeing of your reptile before you purchase any reptile from “the fish lodge” and make sure that you understand our policy fully.
